Bug fixes
- Fixed login issue: Registering already logged in guest users with an expired access token did not perform an account link if there was no known email address.
- Make endpoint logo visible: Switching to an organization on another endpoint no longer showed the endpoint's logo.
- Fixed 404 error: Opening the management configuration page of a connector resulted in a 404 error.
