Incontrol 4.46.0

Features

  • Stay logged in automatically: The "Remember me" feature during login has been removed and is now enabled by default for both logins and registrations (unless disabled in the endpoint security settings as before). This change aligns with the apps and helps ensure users remain logged in when they continue using the product after new registrations.
  • Enhanced password verification: We have adjusted the required password verification for new login attempts to improve the login experience.
  • Support for old domain names: You can now access our public API using an old domain name (hostname alias). However, we recommend continuing to use the new hostname for optimal performance.
  • Feedback on draft completion: When attempting to finalize a draft while images or files are still uploading, you will now receive an error message. This helps to prevent issues during the process.
  • Faster image uploads: Images uploaded in the draftEditor are now processed simultaneously by three upload processes, speeding up the upload time.
  • New design for address and coordinates: We have added new icons to the "Address" and "Coordinates" elements to make these features clearer, especially in preparation for the upcoming new Maps feature.
  • Updated English helpcenter URLs: All references to the Helpcenter have been updated to the latest English URLs for improved accessibility.
Bugfixes

  • Documents of deleted users: Documents from deleted users were still visible in the "Organization/Documents" section. This issue has now been resolved.
  • Deleted drafts in recycle bin: Users could see deleted drafts from other users within their organization in the recycle bin but couldn't interact with them. This issue is now fixed.
  • Issues with new user creation: It was not possible to save a new user twice due to a required password validation. This problem has been addressed.
  • Unusual animations in registration: Going back in the registration process caused unusual animations. This behavior has now been improved.
  • Confusing required attachment elements: Attachment elements showed a required asterisk, even though they were not required when finalizing a draft. This has now been corrected.
  • Followup feature error: Using the followup feature with a solid line resulted in a 500 error. This issue has been resolved.
