Features
- Document Version Management: Documents now have a dedicated "Versions" page where all previous versions can be downloaded as PDFs. Metadata and location are automatically updated during a revision.
- Smart QR Code Handling: Location QR codes are automatically linked to the correct (new) location if it still exists in the revision. Login QR codes always grant access to the current and future versions of the document.
- Improved Finding Management: Findings are updated when changes occur. New findings are added, and removed ones are deleted if they no longer appear in the document (not applicable to pre-update documents). A notification comment is added to reflect the change.
- Enhanced Photo Functionality on Mobile: New dedicated buttons added to open the camera or photo gallery on mobile devices.
- Simplified External User Management: External users can now be managed directly from the location edit view within the CMS.
- New “Save and Close” Button in Findings: A new button allows you to save your changes and immediately close the edit view.
- User Data Cleanup: Internally deleted users (even from the recycle bin) are now fully disconnected from related content. Their email address will still be shown next to their existing comments.
Changes
- New Approval Flow for Findings: External users can now mark a finding as “Resolved” (not closed). Internal users can then approve (moves it to “Closed”) or reject it (moves it back to “In Progress”) — rejection requires a comment.
- Improved Handling of Missing Images in Documents: Documents that contain missing images are still processed. Missing images are simply skipped.
- Smarter Menu Display: Menu items on detail pages are hidden if there’s no relevant content (e.g. the attachments page won’t appear if there are no attachments).
- Better Mobile Interaction with Images: You now have to tap an image first before the delete button appears — preventing accidental deletions.
Bugfixes
- Priority Filter Works Correctly: The default selection now correctly defaults to "All", and counts update properly when filtering by other statuses.
- Duplicate Buttons and Display Issues Resolved:
1. Removed duplicate widget button in the organizations list view.
2. The “Delete” tooltip no longer gets stuck on image upload sections.
3. Search options no longer disappear when the search yields no results.
