Incontrol Android 4.16.0

• Support for German, French and Spanish: The app now supports these languages with experimental AI functionality.
• Per-app language setting for Android 13+: You can set a different language on a per-app basis starting from Android 13.
• Change language within app: A setting has been added to change the app language. On Android 13 and above, this works through the per-app language setting. On Android 12 and below, a notification appears to change the system language.
• App now built with Android 16 SDK: The app uses the latest Android 16 SDK for better performance and compatibility.

• Scrolling in login and onboarding screens works again: Fixed issues that caused these screens not to scroll when space was limited.
• Correct hostname in bug report: The wrong hostname in the bug report has been fixed.
• Correct language in forms: Forms now always show the correct language.
