Incontrol.FIX 1.14

Functionalities

• Users (guest user) now receive an introduction email with information about FIX when they are first invited to use FIX
• Guest users now receive an introductory email with information about FIX when they first access FIX via a shared URL
• Guest users now receive an email when content is linked to their guest user account
• Guest users now receive an email when content is removed from their guest user account
• Guest users now receive an email when their account is unblocked
• Added ability to share locations via the new email invitation system from the location detail view
• Added ability to share documents via the new email invitation system from the document detail view
• Added ability to share observation bundles via the new email invitation system from the document detail view
• Added new My section to the main menu, you will find here:
  • Added new My guest users page to manage the invitations you have sent out
    • It is now possible to revoke open invitations
    • It is now possible to resend open invitations
  • New page Shared with me added to manage the invitations you have received
    • Added ability to remove shared content from your account
• The last updated (guest) user of an observation bundle is now saved and displayed on the relevant pages
• Added ability to bulk link documents to guest users from within CMS (document page)
• Added ability to link observation bundles in bulk to guest users from the CMS page observation bundles
• Added ability to link guest users in bulk to documents from the CMS guest users page
• Added ability to link guest users in bulk to observation bundles from the CMS page for guest users
• Added visual indication to shared content on summary and detail pages (label)
• Added sorting and filtering options to the document dashboard page
• Added visual indicator for document expiration date on document dashboard
  • Red: expired
  • Orange: less than 3 months to expiration
  • Yellow: less than 6 months to expiration
  • Gray: 6 months or more to expiration
• Obstructed observations are now displayed in the recovery report
• Obstructed observations now explicitly show their status in the observation detail view
• A notification is now displayed when an observation is closed without first having had the status Resolved - in fact, these resolved observations are not currently displayed in the recovery report
• The date of the last generation of the recovery report is now displayed in the document detail view
• The download section of the recovery report now shows the label Obsolete when any of the observations have changed since the previous report generation
• Added new role selection for guest users going through the verification process. This is to indicate which role they represent within FIX

Changes

• Sharing of locations via URL + PIN has been moved to the new share popup
• Sharing of observation bundles via URL + PIN has been moved to the new share popup
• All management views have been streamlined for a better user experience
• FIX login screen has been simplified
• External widgets have been updated to better match the current FIX login page
• Pin code entry fields have been aligned with Incontrol Inspect's pin code fields
• Display of observation status in detail pages has been improved to be clearer
• All references to "Constellation Bundles" have been changed to Bundles
• Repairs are now shown on observation detail pages of closed observations
• Maximum image size increased to 10 MB when adding a photo/image to a finding
• Flow for creating observations has been updated to match the new partial views

Bug fixes

• Fixed: the failed documents page in CMS was not visible to some administrators
• Fixed: users were logged out when losing internet connection while using FIX
• Fixed: blocked guest users could access an empty FIX environment without permissions within an organization
• Resolved: Numbers of observations for user filters on summary pages did not show the correct values
• Adjusted: In recovery reports, term Obstructed was changed to Obstructed

• Background preparations made for browser notifications
• Streamlined all CMS views with a new foundation for better ongoing development
• Updated requests to Incontrol.ID to use the new request and response structures
• Updated APIs for Incontrol.BRIDGE and added new ones
