Currently, an internal team with professional support from Hubspot partner Marketingguys is in the process of implementing the software package Hubspot, which all departments will utilize this year, from Sales and Customer Success to Marketing. Arno Sekeris, who has been working as a marketer at Incontrol for over two years, expresses, "Previously, we used different systems, and our processes were not optimally aligned. With the use of Hubspot, we're taking the next step and becoming much more agile."

Arno continues, "Setting up the Marketing hub of the package is a challenging project where we have the freedom to shape our own ideas and initiatives. By transforming data into knowledge with Hubspot, we can simplify the customer journey, identify important touchpoints, and inspire the customer as much as possible."

Storytelling

Incontrol is currently seeking talent to further expand the marketing department, including enhancing content marketing efforts. Frank Schröder states, "After the implementation of Hubspot, the real game begins, and we can tell our story even better to our customers and prospects. We've gained so much knowledge and have so many stories to tell! To effectively execute this, we are searching for a B2B marketer to strengthen our team."

Taking initiative

Taking initiative and exploring new paths are ingrained in the organization's DNA and are even core values. Wouter van Oosten can attest to this. He started over a year ago as a working student data analyst and is now a Business Analyst, playing a central role in the implementation of Hubspot.
