Safe operations with Incontrol
Information security is as crucial to us as it is to you. When digitizing business processes, it's crucial that the data you enter is securely stored. With Incontrol, you choose safety, and your data is stored exclusively with our certified partner, Microsoft Azure. Incontrol is a product of Maxdoro, and we adhere to ISO 27001 standards. This makes (information) security our top priority. In developing our software, we follow strict procedures and high standards for information security, safety, and secure data storage.
Microsoft Azure cloud server
All data is stored on a Microsoft Azure Cloud Server in Western Europe. This hosting is ISO 27001, SOC 1, 2, & 3 certified, and offers extensive security measures.
Other subprocessors handle limited personal data. We have data processing agreements and/or Data Processing Addendums (DPA) and/or (supplemental) Standard Contractual Clauses with all subprocessors.
With an Enterprise license, it is possible to install Incontrol on your own server. This gives you even more control over the environment where the data and collected information you work with is stored.
Self-control over your data and privacy
With Incontrol, you as the user have control over your data and privacy settings. As the platform administrator, you can assign roles to users, ensuring that not everyone within the organization has the same permissions, and you determine who can see what. The data you collect is truly your property, and we do not control or manage it. You can decide whether to share this data with others. Incontrol supports two-factor authentication, which requires an OTP or SMS code in addition to a password. Depending on your role, you can activate this feature.
