Features
- Backup page for attachment error: When an attachment could not be added to a PDF document, a fallback page is now displayed.
- Backup page for marker error: If markers could not be added to the attachment in a PDF, a replacement page is added.
- Clear error indication for PDF issues: There is now an indication when a PDF encountered problems adding attachments or markers.
- New static aliases: Added: user, form and document among others, for easier references in documents.
