Incontrol Android releases

Below you will find versions of the Incontrol Android app, featuring the latest improvements and functions.

Incontrol Android 4.16.0

• Ondersteuning voor Duits, Frans en Spaans: De app ondersteunt nu deze talen met experimentele AI-functionaliteit.
• Per-app taalinstelling voor Android 13+: Je kunt vanaf Android 13 per app een andere taal instellen.
• Taal wijzigen binnen de app: Er is een instelling toegevoegd om de app-taal te wijzigen. Op Android 13 en hoger werkt dit via de per-app taalinstelling. Op Android 12 en lager verschijnt een melding om de systeemtaal aan te passen.
• App nu gebouwd met Android 16 SDK: De app maakt gebruik van de nieuwste Android 16 SDK voor betere prestaties en compatibiliteit.

   

• Scrollen in login en onboarding schermen werkt weer: Problemen opgelost waardoor deze schermen niet scrollden bij beperkte ruimte.
• Correcte hostnaam in bugrapport: De verkeerde hostnaam in het bugrapport is hersteld.
• Juiste taal in formulieren: Formulieren tonen nu altijd de correcte taal.
  

Incontrol Android 4.15.0

• Nieuw apparaat toegevoegd: De Eurolyzer S1 is nu beschikbaar in Incontrol Sync.
• Verbeterde synchronisatieflow: Na het openen van Incontrol Sync via de instellingen, kies je nu eerst een specifiek apparaat.
• Sneller zoeken bij data-import: Het zoekveld krijgt automatisch de focus zodra je het importscherm opent je kunt dus direct beginnen met typen.
• Versiegeschiedenis beschikbaar: Je kunt nu ook eerdere updates bekijken via de optie 'Versie' in de instellingen voorheen zag je alleen de nieuwste versie.

Incontrol Android 4.14.0

• Start document revisions: You can now start a revision (edit version) of a document.
• Revision support in Draft Editor: The Draft Editor now supports tracking and managing revisions.
• Change draft ownership: It's now possible to change the owner of a draft.
• Access revision history: You can now view a document’s revision history from the document detail view.
• Auto-hide hidden forms: Forms are now automatically hidden if their "hidden" flag is set.
• New date/time aliases: Added static aliases for localdate, localtime, and localdatetime.
• Delete stuck drafts: If a local draft gets stuck due to a 403 (access denied), users are now offered the option to delete it.

• Image gallery now opens properly: Opening an image from a linked element now shows the full image gallery instead of just the selected image.
• Time aliases return correct server time: The date, time, and datetime aliases now correctly return the server time in UTC.

Incontrol Android 4.13.3

• App no longer crashes on maps without markers: Fixed an issue where the app would crash when opening the map edit view for maps that had no marker configurations.
• PDF viewing now works on Android 15: Updated the third-party library for in-app PDF viewing to support 16KB memory pages introduced in Android 15.

Incontrol Android 4.13.0

• User feedback added: Users can now send feedback directly from the app.
• New widgets available: New widgets for forms and recent drafts have been added.
• Incontrol AI integration: Incontrol AI is now available in the case editor, bug report, and feedback prompts.
• Rearrange menu items: The option to reorder menu items is now always accessible from the settings.

• Informal Dutch language use: The formal Dutch language ('u/uw') has been replaced with informal forms ('je/jij/jouw').
• Faster settings loading: The Settings page now loads faster the first time it’s opened.

Incontrol Android 4.12.0

• Smart AI chat for editing and sharing: Incontrol AI can now assist with drafting content in the editor and composing emails.
• AI image summary in gallery: Use Incontrol AI to automatically generate image summaries in the gallery view.

• Fixed input field issue: An invisible icon sometimes blocked the end of certain input fields. This has now been resolved!

Incontrol Android 4.11.0

• Manually entered emails in bug reports: Emails entered manually are now included in bug reports.
• Copy drafts in the editor: A new feature allows you to easily copy a draft.
• Hide Cases and Tasks modules: You can now hide the Cases and Tasks modules via the settings.

• Fix for freezing during Endpoint sync: The app now re-downloads missing files and logs extra information to detect similar issues.
• Fixed issue with retrieving emails from Contacts: Fetching emails via the device’s Contacts app was not working. This has now been fixed.
• Improved Dutch translation of user agreement: The Dutch translation of the end-user agreement has been revised and improved.

Incontrol Android 4.10.0

• Added deep links to the app: Deep links have been added, making navigation within the app easier.
• Enhanced filters for drafts, documents, and cases: It is now possible to filter by creation/updated date and by form.
• Added hostname in settings: The hostname has been added to the app settings.

• Fixed issue where the app would crash with a missing image: An issue resolved where the app would crash when going back to the editor in the 'add image' flow and the image was unavailable.

• Draft editor without HTML files: When opening the draft editor without downloaded HTML files, the app now displays an error message instead of crashing.
• Registration process: The app no longer crashes during the registration process.

Incontrol Android 4.6.2

• User token: The app no longer crashes if the user token cannot be retrieved. Instead, you are now automatically redirected to the first screen.

• Improved version control: The app no longer relies solely on backend information but uses in-app updates to check for updates.
• Faster file uploads: Unique files are now uploaded simultaneously, with a maximum of 5 at a time. This also applies to file downloads.
• Stability of the draft editor: Re-running the draft editor backend should make the draft editor more stable.
• File deletion: Only delete files that are older than one day.

• Search: Searching through Forms/Drafts/Documents now behaves the same as it does on the web.
• Synchronization without Wi-Fi: The initial synchronization is now exempt from the 'Wi-Fi only synchronization' setting, allowing users with this setting to log in properly without Wi-Fi.
• Notification for corruption: A notification has been added for users who upload a draft with "null" JSON content, making it easier for users to remove these corrupted drafts.
• Draft deletion option: A third option has been added to the missing JSON prompt, allowing users to delete their drafts without going to the bug report screen. This third option only removes the draft locally.
• Cloning documents: Implemented correct business logic to disable the ability to clone documents based on certain criteria.
• Synchronization order: The sequence of synchronization steps has been changed so that cloning documents no longer requires two synchronizations.
• Crash fixed: Resolved an issue related to a crash during synchronization.
